Are you open to the public for tours?

By appointment only. Please write to us before coming to ensure that I am on site and available.

What are your opening hours?

They are very variable, adapted to family life :) Thank you for your understanding!

Are you open during the summer vacation period?

Yes :) Although sometimes we go on excursions with the little family, orders continue and you will receive responses to your messages as soon as possible... depending on the weather!

Do you repair clothes? Pants edges, curtains?

No, that's not our niche.

I forgot to enter my promo code!

No promotion will be applied manually to orders or refunds if forgotten.

I have a promo code but I want to place my order by email or message, can the promotion be applied?
