You must consider that the time before shipping your order is the longest time depending on your ordered items. This guide is an estimate of average delivery times and may vary depending on the occasional volume of orders in progress.

Please note that Chic Placard has no control over the service standards of these shippers.
When your order is processed and ready for packaging, you will receive an email notification and a tracking number (unless you chose regular envelope). Purolator comes around 2:30 p.m. to pick up the packages. The deadline starts from pickup. Canada Post packages and envelopes are sent almost every evening from Sunday to Friday around 5 p.m.
Please check that emails from info@chicplacard are not filtered into your unwanted messages, spam, promotions, etc...
Please do not consider weekends to be work days.
