Adhesive tape on both sides, water soluble and disappears when washed. Does not stick to the needle while sewing. Use for: basting, bordering and hemming, stabilizing stretchy or unstable fabrics, to harmonize plaid patterns. Holds braids and appliqués in place while sewing.
